 Clean all Glass Windows & Doors, including Frames, Sills, Handles, Locks etc

 Wipe down all Doors, Door Frames, Door Handles. Including front / main Entry Door.

 Clean light fixtures (inside & out) and ceiling fans

 Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings inside and on balcony

 Clean All Air Condition Filters & Outer Covers

 Clean all Exhaust Fan Covers & Drain Covers

 Sweep and clean balcony floor

 Remove any rust stains

 Clean outdoor windows and glass

Please note our end of lease cleaning services are for unfurnished apartments/units. Any furniture, personal belongings and rubbish must be removed prior to the clean. Furthermore, please note our service is for a STANDARD bond clean. Any apartments/units requiring more deep and extensive cleaning (eg. acid cleaning, encrusted cooktops) will incur additional fees.
